Just moved to NC and needed a PCP. Made an appointment and told them I wanted a meet and great and to get my prescriptions filled. At first they said they couldn’t tell me the price until I was done with the appointment. I finally was able to have them tell me it would be a couple hundred dollars. They also wanted a drug test. I am 60 years old and have never heard of such a thing. They also don’t have a doctor just a nurse. For that kind of money I would expect to see a doctor. The Dr and employees are very friendly and nice but the office is not run well or very competent. Good luck if you want to get someone from the office on the phone. You call a number to contact them, leave a message and never get called back. Then you go in the office to speak to them and they blame it on the answering service. Myself and others have complained to them about this several times but they make no effort to correct the situation so it continues and they just place the blame on the answering service.
