I contact this company on June 2 2023 about a pool leak, this was the very 1st pool they installed, he (Leo) told me it would be a few weeks because he was back logged with work, I was told this over and over again. The last time I was told he would be over in 10 days and that was 30 days ago. This has to be the worst run company I have ever dealt with and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Todays date is December 10th 2023, absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
We LOVE our pool. Leo held my hand through delays with the pool (out of his control) and our build was thorough and complete within 2.5 weeks. I like that there are no breaks in the process and this company works on one project at a time so you are never wondering when something is going to get done. I‘ve had bazillions of questions that Leo doesn’t mind answering with a quick text. Remy is the GOAT of Builders - a perfectionist - the work is neat and every inspection was a breeze.
