If you ever experience any ear, nose or throat problems, this is the place to go. Their appointments are convenient, their support staff are wonderful and they have a doctor there named Thomas Warren who may be the best physician I have ever seen for this type of condition.
Dr Warren is wonderful he really cares for his patients his bed side manner is excellent I would never be able to say enough kind words about him and the staff in that office would recommend DR Warren to anyone
We had our first experience with Lake Norman Ears Nose and Throat today and were so impressed with the kindness and efficiency of Megan Mathis-Webb, Au.D. As fairly new residents to the area, we are very pleased with our discovery of this specialty practice.
Saw Dr. Meetze for my daughter's tubes after we moved here from out of state. His bedside manner with children leaves much to be desired. No warmth or tenderness for small, scared children. When he looked in my daughter's ear for a tube check, he "couldn't see" and took out a SMALL CRUMB of wax. Next thing I know, I'm getting a bill for $100 for an "earwax impaction removal". They nickel and dime at this practice. Give this one a hard pass and go elsewhere. The staff gets a 5, though.
Office is very nice and easy to work with for appointments. Dr Wettrich is a good doctor.
The Doctors are caring and very understanding!! My son was a baby when he became a patient and they helped me and gave the best advice. Now my son can hear great!
Dr. Wettreich did a phenomenal job removing 2 cysts on my face and a scar revision on my cheek. His staff is excellent and Dr Wettreich explains and answers all the questions you may have without feeling rushed. Very little down time and you would never know that I had the procedure done 3 weeks ago! Very pleased with his service and highly recommend him.
