We moved here because we needed a short-term lease until our house was completed. The rent is absurd for a short-term lease, but options are limited unless you can commit to a year lease. We also are being charged extra for a “lake” view (aka drainage pond). The complex itself is ok. Apartments are worn and dated, but not awful. Parking is a pain and limited. Pool was always freezing. I moved in here when they were first built. The staff is the friendliest group of people and work hard to overcome any issue if any. The amenities are always clean and well maintained and look forward to renewing my lease again for another year!

I like it here a little, but I am here only because I moved in with someone. This place is one of those typical places that put a big price one something that took nothing to build. So far the water pressure is the pits which in turn makes the dishwasher useless and the washer pretty cruddy. The place is cheap construction and is obvious in the small details.
