Outstanding experience Dr. Ward and her staff are top professionals. Appointment was on time, all insurance information was available prior to our seeing the doctor. Excellent service all around. Would recommend her to everyone!
Couldn't be happier! I love my new glasses! Not only was there a fantastic selection of stylish frames, the exam, the recommendations, and the lenses themselves are first class. This is my first experience with progressive bifocals and I had no trouble adjusting and no one else is the wiser! No more taking glasses on and off! I look forward to the new bifocal contacts when they become available.
Great experience - highly reccomended! I must say that when I had to find a new doctor in the Lake Nona area I was afraid. I had just moved from Ohio and I loved my Doc there but when I found Dr. Ward I was so relieved! The service was excellent, the staff treated me like a true friend and best of all there was no wait. Her prices are competitive and her selection was better than expected. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a good eye doctor in Lake Nona or Kissimmee!
RecommendedDuring this Covid-19 crisis I ran out of contact lenses and even though the office was closed for the pandemic, they helped me get some contacts to get through until I could be seen! How fantastic is that?
