5 stars! They have aways been wonderful to my two pur babies and been super personable. My little one had to get neutered and was having a tough time getting off anesthia and had some adverse events of hyperness. I was scared and nervous late in night messaged the page stating I might not hear back till the next day and Dr Rivera called me within 5 mins to ease my mind. I love the staff at this clinic. I've gone to several veterinary clinics in the area looking for the best one for my dog and cat, and Lake Nona Animal Clinic is my absolute favorite. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment, and the staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. While on vacation our pup had an abscess. They worked her in the day after Christmas and took such wonderful care of her! They are amazing!
I absolutely love taking my kitty to LNAC! They are the sweetest, most kindest people I have ever met. Dr. Rivera is so understanding and is so caring for the well-being of animals.
today I lost my beloved dog, Zeppelin. I was so frightened about staying in the room but the staff was so incredibly caring. They allowed us to pay for it in the room and rushed our appointment back first... they provided a comfy bed for him and time to spend with him. He was in a lot of pain lately, I'm glad I felt it was my choice to stay or leave the room.
