All the staff is very personable and take care of my baby (Kai) just like I would. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take their time talking to you about the treatment plan for your baby. ♥️🦋

Excellent service! Called the Lake Nona Animal at last minute and they managed to squeeze our sweet dog in who was bleeding- Dr Rivera was very thorough in explaining everything- office staff is great 👍 - highly recommend- A+

We took our beloved Lola (schnauzer ) for the first time and meet the staff at the parking lot during they could not have been nicer or any more compassionate. Dr. Rivera is an amazing person and took a lot of time to explain things , he make me feel so comfortable, he also let me and my daughters inside even though we were under quarantine so we can say our last goodbyes since unfortunately , we had to make the most painful decision. I can not be more grateful for all they did for us.
Kramer had his 1st Vet Appt since we adopted our rescue dog today. We received a call last week informing us that they were no longer having anyone except for the animals in the Clinic. We were on the fence about whether or not to cancel. We are truly glad we didn't cancel. We pulled in their lot, called the receptionist, the Tech (I think her name was Eddy) came out got Kramer & the Dr called & spoke with us via cell phone.
