2 hr wait, customer service horrible, my visit was just like everybody else's. This place should be shut down
Simply put, she alone is the absolute greatest pmd I have ever known & experienced.. She has been my pmd for approximately 10 years or more and never once have I felt rushed or ignored. Every 3 months I see her for routine labs & checkup for chronic illness and every visit I know once she has entered the room she will listen AND hear every single word I have to say & then treats appropriately & swiftly. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been to. Frankly I wouldn't take my dog in to get his nails clipped! Talk about a rude staff! Someday these people will find out how it doesn't pay to mistreat people. I am owed an apology! But I doubt I'll get it from people like this.
Wait time 2 hours. Spends 5 minutes with you?? Rushes you out. Won't take any action but to refer to specialists. You wait 6 months for the appointment, and still no relief. Staff are rude. Will not refill rx for people regularly seen. Refuse to let you have your records/labs. Get a run around and no medical care. Avoid this craziness.
I have the same complaints as everyone else. My average wait time is about 1 1/2 hrs. and when my doctor finally comes in, it's as though she's in a huge rush. She rarely makes eye contact because she keeps her head in her laptop the entire time. Once, it took me over a month for the prescription nurse to finally get my prescription right. I've had it and will not go back to them again.!!!!!!!
This is NOT the place to go!!!!!!! Tried for 2 weeks to get refill called in to NO RESPONSE!! They are rude and dismissive and you wait in exam room for over an hour till someone finally shows up!!!!! Beware!!!!!!

I've been seeing my doctor for years and have never had any complaints until recently. I am unable to recommend them to anyone, although my doctor used to be wonderful. However, the wait times have become ridiculous; the staff has been incredibly rude and unprofessional; billing and scheduling mistakes have become commonplace. This was my first visit as i just moved here a few months ago. I agree with other reviewer, the office staff was short with me and definitely NOT friendly. The doc was nice enough but in a hurry to get me out of his office after I waited 45 minutes to see him. Then I waited 2 hours at the pharmacy because he wrote my scripts to someone else's name! After calling to complain, I was assured they would handle the mistake and call me back. No call back! I will find a new doc.
