Same bad experience as many others here... checkout was 5 min “here a scratch, here’s a scuff, etc”, machines are already beat up - then when you come back in they come out with a magnifying glass to look for damage and give you attitude. Take pictures or video before you leave or you’ll be scammed out of more money. Better yet rent from someplace else - ie four winds. Customer service sucks.

We rented a jet ski & had a great time exploring Lake Monroe! What a wonderful way to spend a hot afternoon!
COVER YOUR OWN!!! Take pics of boats before hand! They will try to scam you for previous damages! BEWARE!!! As my wife and were walking to the jet ski we over heard two other works talking about 'new damage' to two other jet skis from previous riders. Wouldn't you know it! As soon as we get back the children that work there surround my jet ski and start point out paint chips on the ski. Told us we damaged their jet ski, we absolutely did not. Never touched another jet ski or the boat. When we turned it in, dude said we damaged it and it would be about $200 to repair a 2 inch scratch. The paper we had was already marked with a scratch on the back right, but then they told us this was a new one. Read the other reviews. They do things like this to people all the time. Called in March 2019 to ask for boats and confirm availability. Called back on April to reserve 2 boats as ai had 40 people confirmed at that point, my wife was with me in speaker phone on reservation. Called back months later to confirm as company does not send email confirmation nor shows any reservations online, they told me I had the 2 boats. Called 1 week before date and I was told only 1 boat was reserved. No proof of that was provided and I have my wife and friends as witnesses. No effort was done from the company to ... read more
The guys at Lake Monroe Boat Rental went above and beyond for me and my engagement/engagement party. They answered all my questions about my special circumstances of needing to rent two boats to be picked up at different times and also helped keep the second boat a secret from my then girlfriend so my engagement could happen exactly as I planned. 10/10 would rent again.
Great day on the lake, easy pickup and return. Rented a tube as well. Cruised most of the lake.
After reading all the bad reviews on this place I was super nervous for our boat rental for the 4th of July but let me tell you we had a wonderful experience!! I was glad I read the reviews before going because I did take pictures of the boat before we took off and I did pack 2 speakers so we could enjoy music while being on the lake so I was glad to know those things before hand.
