Just had my first visit and can't say enough nice things about the staff and Dr. Boysen! I highly recommend Lake Mills Family Dental if you're looking for a comfortable, professional experience.
Almost 21 years ago I woke up in the middle of the night with pain on one side of my mouth. I had moved from central WI and didn't have a local dentist at the time. A colleague recommended Dr. Roots. They were able to get me in that day and a couple of weeks later I had a root canal. Dr. Boysen has been just as amazing as Dr. Roots was. Kathy is my dental hygienist and does a phenomenal job every time cleaning my teeth. Everyone that works there is very friendly. If you are in need a dentist - look no further! �

I used to drive to Middleton to see Dr. Boysen. I was super pumped to hear he was practicing in Lake Mills. He and his staff are wonderful! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Each visit has been a great experience!!
Lake Mills Family Dental went above and beyond for me this week! The entire staff impressed me with their professionalism and kindness. Our entire family has gone to this office for 12 years. We were happy most of the staff stayed on after Dr. Roots retired. Dr. Boyson is careful and caring. My kids are comfortable here and so are we. They are not pushy or scary. Just effective.
We brought our son here for his first checkup of his teeth. They did tell us ahead of time that they are not specifically a pediatric dentistry office (which I appreciated). Nevertheless they were great with him and very patient when he got squirmy. Will be going back and would recommend them!!
Moved in the Waterloo area and was hesitant about looking for a new dentist but glad I chose Lake Mills Famil Dental. All the staff I have come in contact with are very friendly, professsional, and helpful.
