I am so grateful for this office. Cady who I talked to when I was already stressed and in pain made it so easy to get scheduled and gave me all the information I needed. I was incredibly nervous when I came in to get the root canal but the doctor I saw talked me through what she was doing and took my pain seriously. Getting a root canal is not something anyone wants to do but they really made it the best experience they could.

My wife had Dr. Winegar perform her recent root canal which was very meticulous and thorough. The primary pain as expected was from applying lidocaine to numb the area before treatment. Dr Winegar and her assistant were calming and showed extreme care with the procedure. Only concern came from a phone message the day before the procedure saying if the call wasn’t returned that day the appointment would be cancelled, which was alarming since she had to wait 3 months for the appointment, which is the reason this review has 4 i... read more

Very rude people. If you don't answer their phone calls. They will cancel your appointment and I had til 2:00 to call them or their gonna cancel my app. I had a month and half before appointment. I called today and it was to talk to me about my cost which I already knew what the cost were. I'm not sure why this info. was so important to threaten me to cancel my app 1 1/2 month prior to my app. Oh ya caller id say Muskegon Mi. Not Lake Michigan Endodontics.
