I've taken both my dogs to Dr Baszler for many years, and followed her here. I've seen Dr Rico several times too and love them both. Their staff is amazing. Always helpful and compassionate. I had to put down one of my dogs at 15yrs old just before Christmas. They were awesome. They explained everything to us and let us stay with him the whole time and afterward as long as we wanted. And sent a card even! Today I had Kobi's (dog#2)teeth cleaned. They even called afterward. Thanks for all you do!
We stopped in to get our puppy's toe nails trimmed...it's something I'm just not comfortable doing...they took her right away and a few minutes later she came trotting back out with perfectly trimmed nails. Thank you Lake Michigan Animal Hospital!�
i'll never take my kitty anywhere else! they've been so wonderful with our many visits, and they help you understand exactly what is happening. they made such a scary surgery so much easier to handle!
