The surgery center was negligent ! My nice had an incomplete cornea transplant due to the negligence of the surgery center!! Someone forgot to order an instrument and her surgery was stop and reschedule for the next day!!! She is a special needs child!! She is in pain and because the negligence of someone she has unnecessarily go through the whole process again!!! Our family pray for anyone else NOT to go through such a bad experience!!!
We get there at 8:10am. Had to sit in the car for over an hour and a half in 90 degree heat. Was told I needed to sit in the car while their waiting room was empty. I could see maybe because of Covid, but I also saw two people who worked there walking in and out without masks! On the way home my husband got sick in the car. He tells me the doctor was to have called. Three hours after surgery, still nothing! Communication and scheduling are lacking. Not one call to tell me how he did or anything! The staff is great. Expecting people to wait for 3 hours to get seen is ridiculous. I don’t care how great the staff or procedures are, not being organized enough to handle wait times is poor management. It’s called overbooking. Shame on you.

I’ve had genicular nerve ablation done here about 5 times now. Each time, the staff just gets better!!!! I won’t go anywhere else!

There has to come a point where your appointment is actually on time there should be no reason why someone is coming here at 10:15 their appointments at 10:30 and they're not being taken back until 1155 that is completely ridiculous and these people need to do better
Hope I ever need another surgery....but if I did, I would go here again! From desk to recovery room.....just such nice and caring folks! Nurses to anesthesiologist....just wonderful! Thank you for taking such great care of me!
Everything about this place was perfect. Sign in , my nurse was awesome no pain at all with her iv she placed ,friendly and very explanatory . My anesthesiologist was very good also she was very explanatory, kind, and made sure that I was very comfortable. My doctor Dr Watson was amazing always friendly and made me feel very comfortable. This place was great I would highly recommend it for anyone who is searching for out patient surgery center in Lake Mary area . Thank you so much for your kindness today.
