ADVENT HEALTH SHAME ON YOU! We have been patients of this practice for many years. Now my 68 yo husband NEEDS his medication and when we call an answering machine tells us to leave a message,which we do. NO ONE ever calls back in response to our calls. He now has 4 prescriptions that need to renew and we can not get anywhere with them. Even our pharmacy has contacted them. I have never had such a poor experience with a medical practice and it has sadly impacted my children. I chose Dr. Massaro as my children's pediatrician and have regretted it since the first day we saw her. Not only have sick visits with her or any doctors at this practice been impossible to get, when my children spike a high fever, get an ear infection or show any other sign they need to be seen by their physician I've ended up at an urgent care paying $100 each time more times than I care to count. I've been a patient of this practice for more than 15 years. I loved Dr. Rodgers, and now I see Dr. Berger and absolutely adore her. The new office is great, too -- so much space! And the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Great practice!
I've been a patient here for at least 3-5yrs. I moved 2hrs away and still drive to see Dr. Soh-Urbano. I love that she is not a pill pusher. She called me after 6pm when I thought I wasn't going to get a call til the next day. She was out sick and still had responded to my messages, her nurse called back and she called after hours! Went to the Pharmacy about an hour later- my rx was there! She is a doctor that exceed my expectations as a patient. Also saw Dr. Berger for other issues and she is awesome too!
