Merry is the best business person. She answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we would need for our storm shelter. The rain delayed the installation a week but she keep in contact with us and let us know ahead of time and worked with us to get it rescheduled. I will be recommending her to everyone I know!
Merry and her crew installed our storm shelter yesterday. They were prompt,very efficient, and very professional. Merry explained every step of the process and how to maintain the shelter. She also gave ideas of lighting and cushions for the shelter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storm shelter. We now know we have a safe place to go in stormy weather. Merry and her crew were amazing. I spoke with her over 3 years ago and we just had her do an install for us. She is so knowledgeable about her product and makes you informed. She is "the company" not just a sales person. She's not just the friendly down to earth person on the other end of the phone line, she is hands on with every detail of the installation even down to shoveling and raking the dirt. I would highly recommend this wonderful lady and her company to anyone.
