Horrible customer service. When it finally arrived the door has gaps all around it and the rain pours in. They installed it so it leans down in the front so it’ll drain because they know it leaks in the door. The owner claims this is how they are supposed to be made according to FEMA standards. I asked for a copy of where FEMA declares the door had to be gapped. Didn’t get them. Was told to call FEMA. The electric is run through the roof which is stupid. Leak waiting to happen. Miss Thompson ordered her concrete above-ground walk-in shelter on April 29th after over a week of emails, texts and calls trying to decide on what type of shelter best fit her needs. We encouraged her to come see them prior to placing her order. She elected not to do so. She asked if she could pay with two checks on delivery, we told her that would be fine. We appreciate the skills this crew gave to the special tight access to place our shelter. I am talking about inches of precise driving to backup and unload with a power pole causing all kinds of anxiety.
