Some people think apartments as just apartments,to me it was home. Since Jan. 2020 -2023.Have only great things to say about Lake Mallalieu apartments. The staff are wonderful people. It is clean and safe. Those living there are polite and friendly. 😊Not to mention the location on the lake is beautiful and great for walking.Loved when the staff knew your name and greeted you with a smile.If there was an issue dealt with it promptly. 5 stars for sure, just because I felt i mattered😊❤️

My husband and I lived here for about 2 years. Amazing location and we had a beautiful view of the water! Very close to downtown (close enough that we took walks on nice days down to the beach front.) Very nice office and maintenance staff, very clean and well kept. We have a lot of nice memories of living there!
Check your receipt sales prices often missed sale signs don't mean anything here
