So when I 1st started at this practice I had never felt more heard or understood. Then I got on a medication that Sheila recommended from my general practitioner and it made me sick EVERY SINGLE DAY! With that being said I missed 2 appts randomly not consecutively and she discharged me. Meanwhile I was being weened from benzos as well from Sheila! Got charged over a hundred dollars for an appointment that I called and cancelled 24 hours before due to illness. They claimed they never received my voicemail when I called to see what happened. Was told via email that because it was a rescheduled appointment and they did not have my voicemail, they refused to offer a refund. Not a great way to treat a first time patient.
Lake Linganore Psychiatry has been nothing short of amazing. From the staff, their portal functionality and overall representation, have been exceptional. I completely adore my provider Pardeep, she’s amazing and what I consider a God send. I am very happy with my care here.
Very respectful and truly helped me with my underlying questions and issues. Dr. Pardeep is very insightful and easy to talk to!
