Brittany has so much knowledge about Lake Norman and the process of permits, transfer of ownership, and what is allowed on a dock or boat slip.We did not have any idea where to start this process and she made it effortless. You should use use her to help you through this process.

We attempted to get, what should have been, our grandfathered pier permitted years ago & Duke Energy quickly sent our application back with all of the requests for additional info. So we shelved it until we saw that Brittany was handling permits so we jumped on the chance! She sent us what info she needed & then kept us updated on how the process works & she got our 35 year old dock permitted & we can't Thank Her Enough!! Brittany made the headache of crossing all the I's and dotting all the T's for our shoreline and dock rebuild worry free. She is very responsive, knows the process and the people to get the job done and communicated any needs with us as well as our contractor to get us over the finish line!

Brittany did a great job communicating with myself and Duke Energy on obtaining a permit for my dock. I'm sure it's a challenge to try and navigate through the requirements but Brittany was on top of it and the process went smoothly for the permit.
