Lake Life Marine is great. Austin got our pontoon boat in for winterization and shrink wrapping. He then fixed our misfire when he opened the boat in the spring and it ran great all season. Thank you Austin and Lake Life Marine!
This place feels like they actually know and care about you and your boat(s). The owner is very responsive and communicative, start to finish. A definite "hidden gem" amongst many big marine's just trying to churn out profits.
Excellent service with a small business/personal touch.
I had the fall winter preparation performed by someone else last year. I didnt feel comfortable having the same person work on it in the spring. I saw Austin's advertisement in the spring and took it to him to be prepped in the spring and he did an excellent job!! He explained the work he completed as well as preventive maintenance to be considered in the future. I brought my motor in for a repair to the starter mechanism as well as a check on the lower gear unit. He never checked the lower unit. He broke the starter switch trying to get it off and told me he couldn't find a replacement part online. I was able to find several switches online within 15 minutes. When I called Austin back to clarify what he did do, he began yelling and very offensively swearing at me before he abruptly hung up. His lack of professionalism was disturbing.
