This review is regarding boat service I received... Not a good experience and terrible customer service. I spoke to Erik and explained the issues I had with my spot lock and he said to drop it off in 2 weeks. April 8th I dropped off my boat. I called several times to get a status. Each time was told that Hummingbird stated that the monitors don't connect to the trolling motor and that they'll troubleshoot it. Worked with James over the phone to make a deal on a boat trade. He was great to work with! We drove 6 hours to make the deal and the whole team at Powersports of America stayed late to close our deal and make sure we had everything we needed! Very happy with our upgrade!
Chandler did a great job helping my boyfriend and I find the perfect side by side! He was extremely professional and super helpful when it came to actually buying our new ride. He was very personable and explained everything in great detail. We will definitely be back for all of our Powersports needs!
Great people, very helpful bought a 2027 Kawasaki 1000 pro fx. Only issue was it didn't have a rear view mirror on it so I ordered one to find out it had one in the storage box under the seat that did not get put on lol no biggie I have a spare now
