RecommendedJust hosted our daughter’s 10th birthday here with 14 aqua park attendees and it was a blast. The lifeguard coverage is mom approved- all of the moms felt very safe with our children in the park and they allowed us to watch and take photos. The kids were worn out after an hour. Some of the staff were rude and just not customer service oriented. We asked someone to help us and they said hold on a second while I finish with another customer, then they must have forgotten us and when we asked again about 5min later we were told, “ I’m off I can not help you and just walked away”. While walking to get the boat there was no one to advise where to go or who could help.
This has been our second time to Lake Las Vegas to do the Aqua Park. The kids love it. We haven’t tried the other activities yet but highly recommend the Aqua Park for the kiddos and definitely do the 2 hour sessions cause 1 hour is just not enough !! — with Jane Bui.
The worse costumer service. Waited 40 minutes after getting a Trevi boat just get informed that they didn’t have any and available in that moment, oh and don’t even ask questions to employees with uniforms in the dock, they will respond to you, “am off” Bad really bad
So much fun! looking forward to it next year!
