We had so much fun last year that we bought season passes for this year.
Very disappointed and do not recommend. I live in the village and been walking around many times and saw their sign outside with membership pricing list. Came over there with my friend, ready for a fun day in the water, our swimwear on, to purchase one of the monthly memberships and enjoying ourselves, but the girl in the office said that they’re no longer offer this membership deal but only the yearly one, even tho they still have the sign on. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Never received my refund from a cancelled event due to Covid-19. I have been asking for over a month now and have been getting nothing but the run around. Very unprofessional and we won’t be back.
