RecommendedAfter moving from another apt.complex which I lived at for 25 years , I was a little concerned. I have been here at Lake Katrine for 6 months . I could not be more content . Management,maintence and grounds have been top-notch. Even the life gaurd at the pool was very perfessional and friendly. My neighbors are friendly and yet we respect each others prtvady. It is a GOOD place to live.
We have been here almost a year, it is very well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are all great. The neighbors are all very friendly and it took no time to feel like we are home.
I recently moved back to Lake Katrine Apartments and couldn’t be happier. Donna was so helpful and made myself and my family feel so welcomed. I love the unit we moved into, and you can’t beat the location. I highly recommend these apartments!
I think Lake Katrine Apartments is great I have lived here about 4 years the staff is amazing I love my apartment they really make you feel at home I have been able to have flower beds paint if choose to I have to say it feels like home which is a good feeling
It really is a great place to call home. I am 10 yrs in and dont plan on moving. Have not found another complex as good as this one.
The apt are small
I would also like to have a dog but not allowed to. I understand why they are not allowed, but you're not even allowed to have a bird feeder. That's a little extreme.
We have lived in LK APTS for 8 yrs and my sister has lived there for more than 14 years. We sold our house and down sized to LK APTS. Best thing we ever did! They keep the Apts up. If there is a maintenance issue they come ASAP to take care of it even if it is off hours. They are always upgrading the Apts and the grounds. During the winter they are on top of the snow removal.
