The Property Manager, Jennifer Seaton, Is extremely professional, efficient and organized. This place would not run correctly and would be a nightmare without her!!
Been A Tenant For Almost 4 Years And Now That They Are Changing all of the rules here basically Lake Kathy is Full Of ShiT , everything is about money over here they barely respond to maintenance request all of the managers on the property are rude and disrespectful they show no remorse or concern when it comes to their tenants.. “Everything is we respond to emergency calls first” if I’m paying damn near $1000 rent everything I can’t fix myself, would be an emergency....half of the maintenance men play on the carts & smoke m... read more
I love my new Home at Parkway Place! Jennifer the apartment manager is the Best and a true Godsend! She even worked on her day off to get us moved in! Thank you so much Jennifer and Richman Properties! Y’all are the best!!

Jennifer Seaton the “property manager” does a lousy, shitty job. Her equipment never is working properly, she is rude to her tenants and is never available in her office during the posted office hours. Since I moved in we have had nothing but problems with our apartment, with proper communication. I do not recommend living here by any means. I have lived here at Lake Kathy for 10 years..my experience of living here has been GREAT! The attitude and energy you give out in this world is the attitude and energy you receive. Obviously some people don't get that. The staff here has been nothing but AWESOME! It takes a GREAT staff to manage a large property. Property management is a hard task...my hat goes off to you and the maintenance staff. Keep up the good work and don't worry about the pettiness. ALL things are working for your good.
