I came to visit family after she had surgery and these apartments will tow you in the middle of the day! Imagine helping your grandmother to her THIRD FLOOR APARTMENT and getting her settled in while WAITING for her home health aide only to find your car TOWED fifteen minutes later!! It doesn’t not say that you will get towed during the day. ALSO, they will not permit my grandmother to have a parking pass for her aide who needs to come care for her EVERY DAY. RecommendedI love my apartments. I have been staying here almost a year now and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The leasing agent, Ms Michlene is so sweet and genuine. She used to be at my other apartments woodberry and moved to these apartments a week after I moved in. She gives the best advice and always goes out her way to help you . Lake Kathy being my first apartment I have to say I’m in love with it. Haven’t had any major issues Must also say that the staff and management are a wonderful team. If I have any questions or concerns they are quick to assist, and I like that. The location is quite peaceful and feels safe!
Been A Tenant For Almost 4 Years And Now That They Are Changing all of the rules here basically Lake Kathy is Full Of ShiT , everything is about money over here they barely respond to maintenance request all of the managers on the property are rude and disrespectful they show no remorse or concern when it comes to their tenants.. “Everything is we respond to emergency calls first” if I’m paying damn near $1000 rent everything I can’t fix myself, would be an emergency....half of the maintenance men play on the carts & smoke m... read more

I have lived here at Lake Kathy for 10 years..my experience of living here has been GREAT! The attitude and energy you give out in this world is the attitude and energy you receive. Obviously some people don't get that. The staff here has been nothing but AWESOME! It takes a GREAT staff to manage a large property. Property management is a hard task...my hat goes off to you and the maintenance staff. Keep up the good work and don't worry about the pettiness. ALL things are working for your good.
The apartment are clean the staff is very nice and maintenance is very good
Just simply peaceful to me. I love this place. You cant beat the rent. Only downfall to this place is Moonbeam. But still a wonderful place to live and the office management is more than willing and is very pleasant.
Even when I get bothered by someone in the Office I have to say if I have any problems they are addressed immediately. Today I saw a side of the Office Staff that made me Proud to live here!
