I had a great experience here recently. It had been awhile since my last eye appointment and I had some concerns. The doctor and staff were very helpful in answering my questions and put me at ease.
Stopped in today to make an appointment and was able to walk in all three of my family members. Dr. Alsalameh was very thorough and was able to resolve a problem I was having with contacts that my previous optometrist only told me could be resolved with surgery. Outstanding service!
Dr. Stokes was very friendly and thorough with helping my with my infection and helping fix my wrong prescription from TSO. Definitely coming back when I need to.
Excellent customer service with really personable and friendly staff. They took the time to address any questions and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Lake Jackson Vision.
