came here for a project for my archaeology class and it was a nice outing and gave me something to do for the afternoon instead of sitting at home! i expected it to be bigger and busier but it was rather unpopulated especially for a weekend afternoon, i think only 2 or 3 other people were there and we were all just doing nothing. one of the mounds was inaccessible which is a shame bc it looked really cool :( it’s a nice place to visit if you like history, but i wouldn’t suggest planning your whole day around it unless you re... read more
Some areas need repair and were closed off.
Good for walking in the woods. Needs some trail maintenance but the main area and restrooms are well stocked and clean.
