Move, clean, quiet park. Nothing there but restrooms and one picnic shelter.
came here for a project for my archaeology class and it was a nice outing and gave me something to do for the afternoon instead of sitting at home! i expected it to be bigger and busier but it was rather unpopulated especially for a weekend afternoon, i think only 2 or 3 other people were there and we were all just doing nothing. one of the mounds was inaccessible which is a shame bc it looked really cool :( it’s a nice place to visit if you like history, but i wouldn’t suggest planning your whole day around it unless you re... read more
