They had a 3 hour wait to be seen. When people are in extreme pain 3 hours is to long to wait. We left.
Was just there for left TKR. Everything went well and my recovery is well ahead of schedule. I can't say more about the staff at the hospital. They could not have been more responsive or nicer. This was not the case about 6 years ago ( I have been there 4 times) But the last two times have been entirely different. There is a lot of discomfort with a TKR but the staff demonstrated that they were aware of that and did the best they could and demonstrated that they care. I felt like they were my friends. The best nurses I have ever worked with are there. The care I received from ED to Tower to surgical was outstanding. I could not work with a better group and from being on the other side this weekend you guys rock!!
The pt staff was excellent, worked me hard and got discharged one day earlier than expected
They caught an abscess in back n that's not even why I was in the ER but due to a needed ct scan it was discovered and immediately started IV antibiotics and got me where I needed to be.
Great care by great staff and in reasonable time as much as possible
I like my new place of employment, and, am liking some of the little changes. I'll be there for 38 yrs. In September.
