An extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
If I could give it zero stars I would. They tell everyone they need a crown. Billed for services that were not given to my daughter. They have canceled multiple appointments. I asked specifically to not have x-rays since it was a few weeks before the next time my insurance would cover it. They insisted that I have them but would not bill which seemed fishy at the time. Just looked at my benefits and they did bill for them. Not professional and dishonest overall. Do not go there.

Was there today and best experience in years that I have had. Dr Gina Khong, Jessica and Lana we’re outstanding they explained everything fully to my understanding. No high pressure and the are very caring. I highly recommend these folks

Dr. Bush and her hygienist, Chelsea, are great. Very nice, informative and caring. I work out of town so it was nice to get everything done while here.
I recently decided to stop treatment with this office. I got two other dental opinions on the diagnosis, and it appeared that the diagnosis I received was incorrect. Which leads me to believe that the treatment plan recommended was solely for the purpose of financial gain for the office. I had the utmost respect for the dental team, but I feel used because they only saw a good insurance plan that would cover the cost at 100% (TRICARE, military insurance).
