Things have improved a bit lately. The dilapidated elevators are finally being replaced. However there are still a lot of ongoing issues with the building. Cigarette smoke and cooking smells leak in from other units. Loud fans and furnaces wake you up at night. The garage roof leaks mud and gravel onto parked cars. I lived in this building in the early 1990s. Currently we have family members that own and live in this building. Imagine this location, with the current low fees comparable to other condo complexes, and the down to earth residents in any other city...
