This place isn't the place to live if you need consistency. Appliances are always broken and it always takes 2-3 weeks to get them repaired. Several of the buildings also suffer from bug infestations. Also, if you go to the trash at night you may see a few rats running around which really startled me the first time I went at night. The buildings just look very outdated for the price and the appliances are dated and take a lot of electricity.. not efficient AT ALL. RecommendedHolly is absolutely fantastic. Most apartments complexes don’t care about what’s going on in your personal life, they just want your money. Holly is always willing to work with you if you communicate with her. 10/10 recommend staying here and working with holly.
RecommendedFor the past year we have enjoyed living at The Lake House. Each and everyday our family enjoyed the peaceful views of watching the herons, ducks, and turtles with our waterfront view. The staff was always kind and attentive.

RecommendedI went there looking for an apartment and the manager there, I think her name was Javitza was very helpful answered all of my questions and was very professional and friendly at the same time. I’m looking forward to move in soon.
RecommendedWe just moved in and this place is wonderful. It is so quiet and serene here . The lake is amazing and the staff are wonderful. The maintenance guys are prompt and courteous. The apartments are clean and newly remodeled with new appliances. This is a fabulous community !!!!
