RecommendedHonestly, I have seen some complaints and no apartment complex is perfect, I've lived in my fair share of apartments and this has to be one of my favorite complexes I lived in. They always do their best to be understanding, and maintenance is always there to help you. I really have enjoyed my stay here.

Terrible place to live. The manager is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever met. The maintenance team is very incompetent. It takes them hours to fix a simple task, after I have to wait months for my work order to go through. They do not treat tenants with any respect. Me and my roommates have suffered from a cockroach infestation (which is still present in our unit when we moved) and we also dealt with flooding and mold. I do not recommend lake house. Dirty buildings and cockroaches are everywhere. Save your money and go to any other apartment in the area! Staff is rude and do not fix anything

I am completely appalled by my experience here. My husband and I moved down to Florida from out of state, so we obviously had no idea what to expect as far as apartments and saw this one was one of the "best places to live" and they had an immediate opening. We THOUGHT we got lucky, since almost everywhere else had at least a 6 month waiting list. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Moving here was the worst decision I have ever made. They allow just about anyone to live here. There are very rude and disrespectful people who live here. I will say some maintenance guys are nice but its not enough to renew my lease. My apartment is full of roaches. The service here god awful. never before has seen such horrible people. Houses have MOLD that kill my cats!! I try to dispute and fix mold, but landlord and other owners refuse help me and ignore!

RecommendedI live here 3 years ago and the experience has been very good, if something breaks in the apartment the service is ringing and excellent, the office staff are very accessible, it has a very good location accessible to I-4, I recommend it 100% great apartments
RecommendedHolly has truly been wonderful with every interaction I've had with her. She has been professional with answering questions in a timely manner and addressing any issues I had while moving in. My apartment is the perfect size, clean, and has relatively new appliances. Super excited to have this apartment!
