He is very professional, yet has a warm and approachable manner, and his knowledge of all things eye-related, including glasses and lenses, is encyclopedic. He did my check up in 5 minutes. Told me its cylindrical, when I asked him what is the difference between a normal power and this. He said its a long explanation and did not bother to say anything else. Later, I showed interest in knowing a vague price of contact lenses. He completely refused to tell me anything saying I cannot say until we do your checkup. The reason I am so mad is because I assumed cylindrical is the type of power. Don't ever get glasses from this clinic. A $170 frame from them broken from the middle in 6 month, and there is no any warranty for it.
