Nurse practioner Svec ignores patients medical illnesses. McLean is leaving. Text sent out as reminder that are providing icorrect times, cause missed appointment. Since UH took over it has gotten worse. Waited months for a physical that was already 2 years late because of scheduling and now I cannot even get a doctor until next year. Maybe McLean leaving is a good thing. She already was difficult to see. And anyone seeing Svec, might want to find an actual doctor.
I have been coming to this practice for a year and until the last year, everything was great. In the last year, I have not been able to get timely appointments when sick or scheduling routine exams. I scheduled my last routine exam over a month out. A couple weeks before the exam, they called me to tell me the doctor was not going to be there that day and it got pushed back an entire month.
