The front desk staff is wonderful and always very polite. However, if you do any business with Dr. Schiff, every pleasant experience ends. The man will tell you to your face "some people would call you addicted, I'm not, but some people might" while ignoring genealogy paperwork about what medication works for you. If you are looking for a psychiatrist to fill your medicine, it's wonderful. But if you are a person with mental health issues and do need more nuanced help, it's like getting your teeth pulled. Saw Patricia, Nurse Practitioner, and was very happy with service. Very caring and exceptional staff. Same week appointment with no wait in the office. They took there time and listened to my concerns. Very clean office.
