I went to this clinic for my follow up appointment and I had a very frustrating experience with the new/ only provider there. What was supposed to be 45 minute appointment ended up taking around 3 hours of my time. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Lake Havasu Walk-In Clinic. I have had to establish care with three different doctors because the clinic continually loses providers. It feels like I’m stuck in an endless loop of having to start over with someone new, and it’s incredibly frustrating. My appointment was canceled, and I was told that someone would contact me to reschedule once they had availability. No one ever called me back. Worst experience I’ve had. Misty Pagan pushed my appointment back four times, then refused to see me until I completed a 20-page form I had already filled out a month ago with my other doctor. I wasted my time and $52 and received no real help. Patricia Robinson was much better. I would not recommend this provider. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would complete waste of your time.

Our friend had a doctor’s appointment next door at Havasu Rainbow, and we parked in front of this business. After the appointment, we took a short walk down McCulloch and returned to find this on the vehicle. It appeared to be a bottle of oil/vinegar salad dressing—not something someone would normally have on hand, and more than likely something taken from a refrigerator. Anytime someone relocates, it can be challenging to find good medical care, especially in a rural setting. I received an appointment quickly, and there was no waiting in line with countless other people for the blood draw. I've been very fortunate to get connected with Havasu Pediatric and Family Center. The office staff was very kind and thorough, and the records process and blood draws were painless and seamless.
