Went to this business and it's no longer there. It's some other business even though it says Tattoo on the building.
Updating because no one in Billings has gotten refunded yet by terrible ownership. Don't buy gift certs. They're just gonna rob you like they did in their last shop. Don't trust this place with your money. They scammed a bunch of people. There are several news reports, and threads going around about the owner of this shop and his former alias. I was in Havasu on vacation and stopped in for a cover up on my leg and I had no idea what to get. The owner drew up something beautiful and hour and half later I had the most beautiful tattoo!!! I get so many compliments in the summer when I’m wearing shorts. I will be back in Havasu tomorrow for 9 days and I’m coming in for something!!!
