We decided to give our son a few days on a houseboat with his friends for a graduation gift. He drove the boat. Unfortunately, he also damaged the boat. LHH was nice enough to let us pay for the "Peace of mind" damage waiver after the fact, because I told them to add it when I paid the deposit, but forgot to sign a second form for it.
