Rented with Lake Havasu Property Management for a little over a year or so, and I can genuinely say I have no complaints! Our experience with this company, and Stacey, specifically, was a pleasant experience. I look forward to renting or owning from them in the future, God willing!
Amazing company to do business with. We were long term renters. Had very few issues over the years , but when an issue came up Marcy was always on top of it. Highly recommend if looking into a rental property.

This review is from the perspective of a landlord, Stacey and her team have managed my rental property for over 8 years. I have zero complaints, they are always on time with the rent, management statements and the property has been maintained well. Repairs and maintenance are completed at reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend them to any perspective landlords as a wonderful option to manage your Lake Havasu investment properties.
