They only offer five months or more condo. In general neat/clean office and one front desk clerk. Opens at 9 am and shared/leased with other businesses. I found other offices more helpful with general inquiries. This office brushed me off when I said I wanted to stay 5 weeks. We can’t help you! OK good bye went somewhere else who did!
I have rented for the previous 16 months and have never been a day late. I wrote my 30-day notice at 8am on Feb 4th. The property manager called to tell me I didn't give notice on the 1st (which, mind you, is a Saturday), so they must charge me for next month, March, which is just about 2 months. I was thinking they'd pro-rate, and I'm okay with that. I'm moving out of state due to my father's death. I had to re-clean the place to move in. Marcy has been great and considerate for local families renting in havasu. During an emergency repair for the A/C she had a contractor here AT NIGHT, within the hour. HIGHLY RECCOMEND working with their rental team. As a renter and being in the service industry myself Marcy, Tracy, Stacy, and Leila have always been amazing.
I can't speak highly enough about Tracy and Lake Havasu Property Management. Tracy is such a hard worker and so on top of things! She is very easy to work with and we feel so, so lucky to have her as our property manager!!!
