Verified Renter Smelly Apartment The smell won’t go away. Can’t wait to move. Sorry, but it stinks. The floors and cabinets won’t come clean either.
Verified Renter Great place to live! I moved in July and the apartment is quiet and clean. Had an issue with a kitchen light and they fixed it same day which was so appreciated. The property is clean and feels safe which is appreciated. Only issue I have is finding a place to park outside on weekends which isn’t the end of the world either because I have a garage stall:). Overall very happy.

Verified Renter Garage door My garage door lock was changed at some point last year without me even being notified, I had to call emergency maintenance on Christmas Day to have them come out and open it, the the following Monday I stopped in the office to see why it was changed, and they said I put in a request, which I never did, and if I did why would they never give me a new key ?
Verified Renter Wonderful Place to Live Maintenance is top-notch, quick to respond and fix things. Older building but if you are okay with that wonderful place to live in a great community!
