Having been in the real estate industry in another state for over 20 years, I have never seen such rude, discriminatory, and disrespectful people in my life. This brokerage should be shut down. The head broker literally refused to submit my offer to the seller and told me they don’t do business with people like me, an out of state buyer. I’m sure they violated numerous real estate licensing statutes in the State of Arkansas and could care less. Save yourself the headache and find a different brokerage. Just awful!
