I came to Lake Grove Park to be near our beautiful Lake Erie, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and and all the great wineries. Little did I know what a wonderful little community I would be living in. The neighbors are all so friendly, especially our property manager Lorna and her husband Lee. Highly recommend if you're looking in the area.

We have lived here going on 4 years now. The community is very friendly, and the management is easy to work with. Great place for families. 65

This place absolutely and undeniably sucks. I've lived here nearly my entire life and have seen so many different things change, and unfortunately most of those changes were NOT for the better. Back when Dubsky owned this place, it was an amazing, friendly, helpful, and fun community to call home. New owners are really interested in the residents opinions. I truely believe they are making a positive effort for improvements. The new manager is all on board and there when you need her.
