There is mold under all the carpets and the walls are so thin you can hear a needle drop. Once you pay the deposit they dont even care if you have an issue, they just hang up the phone , whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt..now they raised rents to 2K can find a brand new 1BR in commack for the same and is 5x nicer- I left after 2 months and broke the yearly lease, had severe allergic reactions and thought I was dying. Once i moved away I got better immediately, just a loss of 10K in total - Its Nuffin.
Since Fairfield took ownership, horrible in every level. It was so nice before that. The staff was amazing. Fairfield is a group of greedy, nonresponsive bad people. Please research reviews on BBB, Yelp and everywhere else before you decide to rent through Fairfield.
