Horrible. The nursing staff on the third floor needs to be sent to a Civil War clinic to saw off legs. I was stuck a DOZEN times bc no one knew what they were doing. My arms look like I was in a car wreck. Upon removing my IV, I began gushing blood all over the floor. I live an hour away and tried to get my prescription at my local pharmacy and it wasn't there. Called the hospital and they said I didnt sign the right paper. I had to drive an hour BACK in excruciating pain to sign one sheet. I will bleed out internally before... read more

I had an TEE on 10/9/25. My Nurse was Christy. The most amazing person I have run into in many years. The longer I waited, the higher my blood pressure got, the more nervous I got. I believe it got to 192/91. Christy took my hand in both of her warm, comforting hands, and said a silent prayer. When she finished her prayer, my BP had dropped 20 points on both sides. Christy went above and beyond, and I will always be grateful to her.

needed care for Acute Urine Retention. The place was packed, but they efficiently and quickly triaged folks. Once in triage, they took immediate steps to get me the treatment needed. Everyone was professional, competent and pleasant. Fell really good about the care I received.

Where to begin.... first off let me say that although we had a handful of "not so" good nurses we also had a handful of "AWESOME" ones! My main review is about the ER.... First initial thought was to go too Harris in FW but the ambulance can only take you local, so we were stuck! My mom was in a TREMENDOUS amount of discomfort and had been passing out for two days. Once we were in the ER blood was drawn and urine was taken. She was hurting, and to put this in perspective, she has Parkinson's and told us over and over agai... read more

I was very disappointed in ENMMC. My granddaughter was admitted in emergency with a kidney stone the first part of August. Because ENMMC did not have an urologist on staff they flew her to Las Cruces instead of transferring her to the local Lovelace hospital who had an urologist on staff. Not only did it cost her a tremendous amount of money to be flown out she had a horrendous experience in Las Cruces. I have always stood up for ENMMC when I would hear people down grading them, but I can guarantee that I will not defen... read more

I had a 2 day stay at this hospital. The nurses and assistants were all friendly and helpful enough and the doctors I saw were very good. The only thing lacking was I stayed hungry most of the time I was there. the first full day there I couldn't eat until my procedure was done - quite understandable and i did have dinner afterwards....somewhere around 6pm. So I ate once that day. 2nd day I had to almost beg for breakfast. "Well, we'll see what we can do." Nothing more to eat that day until about 7pm and I asked the n... read more

My mother went there with chest pain and sat in the ER for 8 hours. She witnessed a women walk out with an IV still in her arm as she was sitting in the waiting room waiting for someone to take out the IV. ER was so full that people were standing and nurses were "too busy" ordering their food as it showed up via Door Dash.
