We had our deer processed here, it was a little pricey and the meat tastes terrible. So far all of the meat we have eaten tastes freezer burned or old. We are not happy at all.

Last winter I drove from west allis to lake Geneva to get a pig and a half from the pork sale. We couldn't be happier with our decision or the quality of the meat we got. We plan to order again in the future and it's worth the trip.

Staff Are always friendly and reminds me of the packing house I used to go to with my mom. Love the brats and 1/2 side of beef that we always get there.
My husband and I have been coming here for a couple of years. Last week, while in front of the meat case, I told my husband I was getting pork chops to make the schnitzel recipe on LGCM’s Facebook page. I ordered 4, and went on my way. I just opened the pork and the lady who packed it for me actually tenderized it! Your kindness was much appreciated!
