Absolutely love this place! They have the BEST chicken salad that I’ve ever had! Their brats are also the best!! I highly recommend them!
Hands down my favorite processor. Drive 356 miles each way to bring our butcher and roaster pigs down to be processed. Always perform consistent quality work and timely turn around for a very fair price. Scald & scrape, USDA, affordable, and super friendly and efficient folks... doesn't get any better than that. Have to admit, the butcher shop is dangerous to my bank account though...so hard to not buy a little bit of everything in the counter ;)
the best fresh cuts of meat! lots of other great goodies! my favorite cheese and sausage selection. And the best brats with so many flavors to choose from!!
