I moved with my family and had both kids including a newborn start here when we moved. The office is completely disorganized and hectic. They switched systems at some point causing an issue with one visit and our insurance. No other visits were impacted, but this has now been going on for a year (September 2023) of us dealing with insurance, the office, and collection agencies. Bad experience. I went for the annual checkup, I was charged for the annual check up and an additional visit without informing me.
My family has experienced excellent care at this facility from all the doctors and staff until today. Let me correct myself.. our Pediatrician was awesome but the nurse who administered my childrens Vax was very unprofessional. My children were nervous of course and visibly scared but they were not loud, they weren't screaming and they weren't tussling with the nurse. They were simply nervous. Team of Doctors are fantastic, great with infants and toddlers! Keep the kids engaged and happy while answering mom/dads questions. Having multiple sites is extremely helpful on weekends and holidays. (Why do kids only get sick on Sunday and holidays?)
So disappointed because we love the doctors here however scheduling has become virtually impossible. Anytime I call to schedule an appointment, no one answers. It's very frustrating when you have a sick kid and are worried. I was on hold for 2 hours and then finally decided to go into the office to schedule an appointment.
