We’ve been bringing our three children to the Lake Forest pediatric office for over 11 years. The staff is kind, professional, and truly attentive, always making our kids and us feel comfortable. We’re very grateful for their care and highly recommend them to any family.
I moved with my family and had both kids including a newborn start here when we moved. The office is completely disorganized and hectic. They switched systems at some point causing an issue with one visit and our insurance. No other visits were impacted, but this has now been going on for a year (September 2023) of us dealing with insurance, the office, and collection agencies. Bad experience. I went for the annual checkup, I was charged for the annual check up and an additional visit without informing me.
