I love the place, but. After Northwestern bought the Lake Forest Hospital, many things changed, and not for the best. One is - they started brining their elderly patients to the gym for a “Wellness“ program. Don’t they understand, that being surrounded by handicapped people in the locker room or on the main floor is well... quite depressing ? Honestly only go to this gym because there’s not that many other options close by. Everywhere in the gym is a “cell free” zone. For privacy…meaning even on cardio machines you can’t technically use phone. Had an employee “off shift” come up to me naked in sauna telling me I couldn’t listen to my music even though I wasn’t actively using my phone. I just had it on me because I’ve seen employees go in lockers. That they always have access to. Personally not comfortable with keeping my cell phone in a locker other people have a... read more

The campus is enormous it's easy to get lost use your GPS, however the level of care is five stars!
