As always, it was a thoroughly pleasant experience.
I was nervous about finally seeing the dentist (it's been a while), but, having just moved to the area, I decided to give Dr. Rosenblatt a try. I'm glad I did. The reception was inviting, all of the administrative was efficiently performed, and my actual experience with the professionals involved could not have been better. I needed to have a filling replaced which was done elsewhere and Dr. R. discovered a cavity in an adjacent molar. He promptly diagnosed the condition, offered me immediate treatment, and remained focused on its remediation so the entire process was done in an hour and 15 minutes. He was very open about his perception of the Midwest compared to NYC and his candor made me laugh.
I was leery about switching to a new dentist since I have been going to Dr. Krakora since I was young. It is nice to see familiar faces i.e. Andy, and Diane at the front desk. Dr. Rosenblatt makes you feel like you have known him for years. Very east to talk to, and is on top of his game. I also enjoy the more advanced technology that you offer. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosenblatt to other people. Thank you for making the switch a very east process.
